Principal Investigators

Brandon Alleman, MD

Dr. Brandon Alleman is a board-certified family physician and co-founder of Antioch Med, where he blends over a decade of clinical experience with a PhD in Translational Biomedicine to deliver evidence-based, accessible care for the whole family. A former Fulbright Scholar and Chief Resident at Via Christi, he brings a passion for empowering patients through education and personalized primary care. Dr. Alleman has led 12 clinical trials and remains dedicated to advancing healthcare through both research and practice.

Lacy Anderson, MD

Dr. Lacy Anderson is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience and a growing research portfolio of 13 trials. A trusted medical voice in Oklahoma, she regularly answers viewer questions on News 9’s “Daily Dose” segment and brings a deep passion for patient education and preventive care. Dr. Anderson is an advocate for accessible, community-centered healthcare and a practicing physician with Primary Health Partners.

Martha Arambula, MD

Dr. Martha Arambula is a board-certified pediatrician with over 30 years of experience and a deep commitment to empowering families through compassionate, education-focused care. She has conducted multiple pediatric clinical trials and leads a private practice in Yukon, Oklahoma that emphasizes trust, parental support, and child involvement in care decisions. Dr. Arambula brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to every stage of a child’s development.

Shahid Aziz, MD

Dr. Shahid Aziz is a double board-certified endocrinologist and diabetes specialist with expertise in a wide range of glandular disorders, including thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, parathyroid, and hypogonadism. A Certified Clinical Densitometrist (CCD), he is uniquely qualified to interpret bone density scans and manage osteoporosis with precision. Known for his diverse and inclusive practice, Dr. Aziz provides expert, personalized care to a large patient base.

Samata Basani, MD

Dr. Samata Basani is a board-certified endocrinologist with over 18 years of experience in cardiometabolic care and a reputation for clinical excellence. She is one of only two certified physicians in her region qualified to insert and remove Eversense continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems. Dr. Basani is passionate about patient-centered care and actively involved in multiple professional organizations, including the Endocrine Society and American Diabetes Association.

Codey Bell, MD

Dr. Codey Bell combines a deep commitment to pediatric care with a strong background in clinical research, drawing on his extensive education and network of specialist colleagues to provide evidence-based, compassionate care for his patients and research participants alike. His philosophy centers on partnering with families to ensure children thrive medically, emotionally, and developmentally.

Anthony Brown, MD

Dr. Anthony Brown is a board-certified family medicine doctor who has served the Cincinnati, Ohio region for more than 30 years. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Dr. Jara McDonald is an Obesity, Diabetes, and Integrative Medicine Specialist with over 10 years of experience in cardiometabolic care and 4 years in clinical research. She owns and operates her own integrative direct primary care (DPC) practice focused on evidence-based mind-body wellness and integration of leading-edge research, providing personalized weight management care and individualized patient success plans. Her DPC model allows for increased patient access and facilitates in-depth discussions about research studies, enabling her to provide comprehensive care that incorporates the latest medical evidence.

Amor Mehta, MD

Dr. Amor Mehta is a leading epilepsy and movement disorder KOL in New Jersey and one of the country’s first board-certified epileptologists, with 17 years of experience practicing neurology. He has been recognized with multiple awards for excellence, including NJ TopDoc in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and maintains a large database of research-naive neurology patients. He is the lead Principal Investigator for Tekton’s neurology research site in Marlboro, New Jersey, which features experienced staff and psychometric raters, partnerships with amyloid and tau PET facilities, and state-of-the-art video EEG capabilities on-site.

Pablo Mora, MD, FACE, MSc, CDCES

Dr. Pablo F. Mora is a renowned Diabetes, Metabolism & Endocrinology KOL (Key Opinion Leader) with 30 years of experience in cardiometabolic care. He specializes in Type 1 Diabetes with emphasis on new insulin delivery methods and the use of modern technology for monitoring and making therapeutic decisions. Dr. Mora serves as a Clinical Professor at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center’s Division of Endocrinology and has received several prestigious recognitions for his contributions to the field, including the Daniel Foster Award for Clinical Teaching by the Division of Endocrinology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Paul Michael Ramirez, PhD

Dr. Paul Michael Ramirez, PhD, is a distinguished neuroscientist and clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience advancing CNS research through roles as a professor, clinical investigator, consultant, and author. His extensive expertise in neuropsychology, psychopharmacology, and clinical trials, combined with his global impact on rater training and assessment in cognitive and psychiatric disorders, makes him a key advisor for Tekton Research’s CNS initiatives.

Alex Reish, DO

Dr. Alex Reish is a board-certified osteopath with over 20 years of experience specializing in headache and chronic pain, with a particular focus on innovative, non-opioid treatment approaches. With a robust database of research-naive patients and a dedicated team of experienced staff and psychometric raters, his Boulder practice is well-equipped for Phase 2-4 clinical trials. Kyle Rickner, MD

Dr. Kyle Rickner is a board-certified family physician with over 25 years of medical experience and 20+ years in clinical research. As co-founder of Primary Health Partners, he is a leader in the Direct Primary Care movement, combining personalized care with integrative treatment and innovative research. Muhammad Siddiqui, MD

Dr. Muhammad Siddiqui is a board-certified endocrinologist with over 18 years of experience in cardiometabolic care and a strong track record in clinical research, having conducted 12 trials to date. A former Chief Fellow at UT Southwestern Medical Center, he now practices in McKinney, Texas, where he is affiliated with Medical City McKinney Hospital. Ravi Singareddy, MD

Dr. Ravi Singareddy is a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep medicine specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience and more than a decade in clinical research. A former faculty member at Penn State University Medical Center, he has authored numerous publications on sleep disorders, depression, and anxiety, and is known for integrating evidence-based care with individual patient preferences. Dr. Singareddy brings expertise in innovative treatments such as TMS therapy and Spravato, aligning closely with Tekton’s mission to advance care in psychiatry and sleep medicine.

Michael Thakor, MD

Dr. Michael Thakor is a board-certified rheumatologist with over 30 years of experience and a deep commitment to both patient care and medical education. Founder of the Arthritis and Rheumatology Clinic of Northern Colorado, he has conducted more than 35 clinical trials and specializes in treating rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis. In addition to his clinical and research work, Dr. Thakor serves as volunteer faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and actively mentors future physicians through local residency and medical school programs.
