Dr. Pampe completed his undergraduate work at Lamar University in his home town of Beaumont, Texas. He attended medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. An OB rotation brought him to Austin in his fourth year, and then he returned to Austin to complete his Family Medicine Residency at Brackenridge Hospital.

In 1984, Dr. Pampe established his private practice in Oak Hill, a small town near Austin. While continuing to practice in his concierge practice, he retains his role as Medical Director of NXP Semiconductor and continues his role of over 20 years as proud researcher at Tekton Research. Dr. Pampe enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, as well as flyfishing gardening, and literature.
