He has served in key leadership roles—including Statewide Psychiatric Director for the Missouri Department of Corrections—and currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at A.T. Still University. Dr. Graypel brings a compassionate, patient-centered philosophy to research and care, supported by experienced staff, psychometric raters, and a robust database of research-naive patients.
