With more than 20 years of experience in CNS clinical research, Brandon Lenfest has served in coordinator, rater, and research director roles across a wide range of studies. A trusted contributor to CNS study execution, he supports accurate clinical assessments and strong protocol adherence across Tekton sites. His extensive hands-on rater experience spans psychiatric and neurological indications including PTSD, MDD, GAD, SAD, ADHD, insomnia, migraine, fibromyalgia, and Alzheimer’s disease. He also bring specialized expertise in highly rater-dependent studies such as treatment-resistant depression, postpartum depression, borderline personality disorder, sexual dysfunction, and binge eating disorder.
Amor Mehta, MD
Dr. Amor Mehta is a nationally recognized epileptologist and neurology expert with 17 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on advancing care through research. As Principal Investigator at Tekton’s Marlboro site, he conducts cutting-edge neurology studies alongside an experienced research team with access to specialized imaging and video EEG capabilities.

Dr. Paul Michael Ramirez, PhD, is a distinguished neuroscientist and clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience advancing CNS research through roles as a professor, clinical investigator, consultant, and author. Dr. Alex Reish is a board-certified osteopath with over 20 years of experience specializing in headache and chronic pain, with a particular focus on innovative, non-opioid treatment approaches.
