Tekton’s McKinney, TX research site is a dedicated, physician-led research center focused on advancing cardiometabolic clinical trials. Led by Pablo Mora, MD, Tekton’s Cardiometabolic Research Lead, the site is also partnered with actively practicing physicians in the community, including Muhammad Siddiqui, MD of Texas Associates of Endocrinology & Diabetes, P.A.– bringing together specialized research infrastructure with real-world patient care.
This location conducts clinical studies for a broad range of investigational treatments, with a strong focus on cardiometabolic conditions. Trials at this site include:

Expanded site capabilities include advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) / glucose sensor testing and Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes–supported by a dedicated research infrastructure that includes 2 exam rooms, 3 Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators, 1 sub-investigator, and a database of over 7,000 participants–enabling a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to research and care.
