Led by Pablo Mora, MD, Tekton’s Cardiometabolic Research Lead, the site is also partnered with actively practicing physicians in the community, including Muhammad Siddiqui, MD of Texas Associates of Endocrinology & Diabetes, P.A.– bringing together specialized research infrastructure with real-world patient care.

This location conducts clinical studies for a broad range of investigational treatments, with a strong focus on cardiometabolic conditions. Trials at this site include:

Expanded site capabilities include advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) / glucose sensor testing and Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes–supported by a dedicated research infrastructure that includes 2 exam rooms, 3 Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators, 1 sub-investigator, and a database of over 7,000 participants–enabling a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to research and care.

Pablo Mora, MD, FACE, MSc, CDCES

Dr. Pablo F. Mora is a renowned Diabetes, Metabolism & Endocrinology KOL (Key Opinion Leader) with 30 years of experience in cardiometabolic care. He specializes in Type 1 Diabetes with emphasis on new insulin delivery methods and the use of modern technology for monitoring and making therapeutic decisions. Dr. Mora serves as a Clinical Professor at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center’s Division of Endocrinology and has received several prestigious recognitions for his contributions to the field, including the Daniel Foster Award for Clinical Teaching by the Division of Endocrinology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Muhammad Siddiqui, MD

Dr. Muhammad Siddiqui is a board-certified endocrinologist with over 18 years of experience in cardiometabolic care and a strong track record in clinical research, having conducted 12 trials to date. A former Chief Fellow at UT Southwestern Medical Center, he now practices in McKinney, Texas, where he is affiliated with Medical City McKinney Hospital. Dr. Siddiqui brings deep clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to advancing endocrine research, particularly in the areas of diabetes and metabolic disorders.
