Brandon Alleman MD, Principal Investigator at Tekton Research

Brandon Alleman, MD, PhD, is a board-certified family physician and co-founder of Antioch Med, where he provides evidence-based, accessible primary care for families. As a Principal Investigator, he brings more than a decade of clinical experience, doctoral training in translational biomedicine, and hands-on experience conducting 10+ clinical trials.

Dr. Alleman graduated from Hope College with a BS in mathematics and a BA in physics. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Budapest, Hungary, where he conducted biophysics research. He earned his MD and PhD in translational biomedicine from the University of Iowa, along with a certificate in biostatistics.

Dr. Alleman completed the Via Christi Family Medicine Residency and served as Chief Resident for Obstetrics. At Antioch Med, he combines the access and continuity of direct primary care with a strong commitment to helping patients understand their health and participate actively in care decisions.

His background in translational science, clinical practice, and patient education makes him a practical research partner for studies that require engaged physician oversight, clear communication, and access to community-based participants.

Outside his medical work, Dr. Alleman is married to Becca and has four children: Jonah, Cora, Esther, and Levi.
