Tekton Research SMS Text Messaging Program
Tekton Research sends text messages to individuals who separately opt in. Depending on the consent you select, messages may include:
- Study opportunities: Marketing messages about clinical research studies and opportunities that may interest you.
- Your inquiry and appointments: Non-marketing messages responding to a study inquiry, initial eligibility or screening follow-up, scheduling, and appointment or study-visit reminders.
Messages about future research opportunities are separate from messages concerning a current inquiry or appointment. Your consent to one category does not automatically enroll you in the other.
SMS Consent
You may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the applicable optional SMS checkbox on a Tekton Research form.
SMS checkboxes are not preselected. You may choose either category, both categories, or neither category. You may submit the form without agreeing to receive text messages.
Providing a telephone number, submitting a form, or using this website does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for, qualifying for, or participating in a clinical research study.
Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, the studies that interest you, and your appointments. Messages may be recurring.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging and data plan.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to a Tekton Research text message to opt out of the SMS program. You may receive one confirmation text after opting out. Following that confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Tekton Research at (855) 248-2556.
You may opt in again through an available consent method, such as selecting the applicable SMS checkbox on a Tekton Research form.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Requirement
The SMS program is intended for subscribers who are at least 18 years old.
For an inquiry concerning a minor in a pediatric study, the minor’s parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old may provide SMS consent using the adult’s own mobile number.
SMS Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
