Dr. Kimberly M. Phillips brings a passion for pediatric care and medical education to her role at Richmond Pediatric Associates, where she has been a valued physician since 2004. As part of a dedicated team of 11 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners, she provides compassionate, comprehensive care to a wide range of pediatric patients across the Richmond area. The practice’s commitment to excellence and its large, diverse patient population make it an ideal setting for advancing pediatric clinical research.
Dr. Phillips earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina before completing her pediatric internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia, where she served as Chief Resident and was honored with the Emily Gardiner Chief Resident Award in 2003. She went on to serve as an Assistant Professor and Director of the residents’ clinic at MCV before joining Richmond Pediatrics. Board certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Phillips continues to bring academic rigor and heartfelt care to every patient interaction.
