Dr. Chamness’s journey into medicine was deeply influenced by her upbringing in a close-knit Oklahoma town, where her strong sense of community and innate gift for helping others naturally led her to pursue a career in family medicine. She attended The University of Tulsa, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry, before earning her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following her family medicine residency at OSU Medical Center, Dr. Chamness began her career at St. John Clinic, faithfully serving the Tulsa and Broken Arrow communities for seven years.
In her practice, Dr. Chamness embraces the direct primary care model, which perfectly aligns with her personalized approach to medicine. This model creates a relaxed and patient-focused setting that allows her to develop deep, meaningful connections with her patients. Passionate about comprehensive family care, Dr. Chamness has a special interest in women’s health, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and testosterone therapy.
