Long-Acting Antiviral Flu Medication Research Study

Now Enrolling people 12 years and older

Influenza, commonly known as the flu, is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. It affects the nose, throat, and sometimes the lungs, and can range in severity from mild to severe. Tekton Research is now enrolling participants for a clinical trial evaluating an investigational non-vaccine flu preventative medication for individuals at higher risk of flu complications. The investigational medication is given as a small injection under the skin and intended to provide protection against illness throughout flu season. Qualified participants may be compensated up to $825 for time and travel.

Eligible Participants…

  • Must have a weakened immune system OR a stable, long-term health condition such as asthma, COPD, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, or a neurological disorder, OR may be 65 years and older
  • May receive compensation for study-related time
