About This Research Study

Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) is a severe, progressive liver disease caused by fat buildup, inflammation, and liver cell damage, often linked to obesity and diabetes. Tekton Research is now enrolling a clinical study evaluating an investigational medication for the possible treatment of MASH. Eligible participants may be compensated for study-related travel and study-related expenses.

Eligible participants…

  • Must be age 30 or older
  • Must have a BMI between 27-44
  • Must have stable bodyweight for the last 3 months
  • Must NOT have had any type of bariatric surgery
  • Must NOT be taking GLP-1 agonists or other weight loss medication/therapies
  • Must have Gallbladder still intact
  • Must not be taking insulin for T2D management
  • May receive compensation for study-related travel and study-related expenses
  • Do not need insurance to join this study
