Lisa Davidson, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician and Principal Investigator with 20+ years of clinical experience and clinical trial experience. She is known for health education, disease prevention, and helping patients participate in decisions about their health.
Dr. Davidson practices at Insight Primary Care, an integrative direct primary care practice in Denver focused on evidence-based mind-body wellness and research access. She also serves as Family Medicine Department Chair at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
A founding member of the Direct Primary Care Alliance, Dr. Davidson mentors physicians nationally and has served as a board member of the Denver Medical Society. She has been recognized by peers as a 5280 Magazine Top Doc and has received the Patients’ Choice Award multiple years in a row.
Dr. Davidson earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences School of Medicine and completed the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency at Rose Hospital. Her clinical interests include women’s health, men’s health, mental wellness, and weight management.
Dr. Davidson also serves as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and is always seeking adventure with her husband and two children.
