A graduate of the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine, he has maintained board certification in Family Practice since 2003 and has practiced in a variety of settings including family medicine, urgent care, hospice, and palliative care. Dr. Chasteen believes in a collaborative approach to care, viewing himself as an advocate, interpreter, and guide for his patients.
