Jeffrey Chasteen, DO, is a board-certified family physician and Principal Investigator with 20+ years of clinical experience and experience conducting 10+ clinical trials. He has served the Tulsa community across family medicine, urgent care, hospice, and palliative care.
Dr. Chasteen earned his medical degree from OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine and has maintained board certification in family practice since 2003. He is a practicing physician at Primary Health Partners P.L.L.C., a direct primary care model focused on delivering care without the restrictions of insurance-driven decision-making.
