Robert Codey Bell, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and Principal Investigator with 10+ years in pediatric practice and experience conducting 30+ clinical trials. A native of Lumberton, Texas, Dr. Bell has spent much of his adult life focused on the medical needs of children.
Dr. Bell earned a BS in psychology before completing his medical degree at Texas A&M University. He completed residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and moved to Beaumont to establish his practice in 2015.
At KidMed, Dr. Bell focuses on compassionate pediatric care, patient education, and access to research. His clinical relationships and specialist network help support pediatric and family-centered study execution.
As a Principal Investigator, Dr. Bell brings pediatric research experience, practical community access, and a philosophy centered on partnering with families so children can thrive medically, emotionally, and developmentally.
In his free time, Dr. Bell enjoys hunting, fishing, and writing fiction, primarily children’s literature. He is married and has three children.
