Our investigators are board-certified family medicine and internal medicine physicians running active practices.

Our investigators are the physicians already treating these patients. Because research is offered inside an existing care relationship rather than through cold advertising, it is presented as a care option by a doctor the patient already trusts. That access, combined with vetted practice databases and a network database of 340,000+ profiled participants, is what keeps enrollment moving in indications where most sites are competing for the same respondents.

Tekton has 16 sites with extensive family medicine, internal medicine and pediatric experience across 8 states, all contracted through one central team that also handles feasibility, budgets, regulatory startup and quality assurance. A multi-site award is negotiated once and deployed across the network, which removes the startup lag that normally comes with assembling a comparable site list from scratch.

Tekton has conducted 900+ trials since 2006. Across the network, our average enrollment rate is 116% of target and participant retention is 95%. Retention is a function of the model: participants stay in studies run by their own physician, in a practice they already visit, with a research team that does not turn over.
