Tekton Research is looking for adults (18+) to participate in a clinical trial to study a potential medicine to help treat the symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis.

You may be eligible to take part if you are 18 years and older and have suffered from the following symptoms for at least 3 months:

  • Facial pain/pressure/fullness
  • Nasal obstruction (congestion)
  • Nasal discharge
  • Decreased sense of smell

What is Chronic Rhinosinusitis?

Chronic Rhinosinusitis (CRS) happens when your sinuses (the space inside your nose and head) are swollen and inflamed lasting more than 12 weeks. Typically, it can cause facial pain or pressure, nasal congestion, nasal discharge and/or decreased sense of smell. CRS affects about 5-12% of people in the US.
