Responding to Urgent Needs in Neuroscience Research
Neuroscience remains one of the most complex and urgent areas in clinical research. With rising prevalence of neurological and psychiatric conditions and increasing trial complexity, sponsors need site partners who can execute with speed, precision, and consistency.
In 2025, Tekton continued to invest heavily in our CNS infrastructure, expanding site capabilities and deepening expertise across the network. By partnering with practicing physicians who know their patients and communities, we strengthened our ability to support studies in areas such as cognitive health, mental health, and other central nervous system indications.

Cardiometabolic conditions remain among the most significant drivers of global health burden and one of the fastest-growing areas of clinical research demand.
Throughout 2025, Tekton expanded its cardiometabolic footprint, supporting studies across diabetes, obesity, and related metabolic disorders. By aligning clinical expertise with operational scale, our network is positioned to help sponsors reach diverse patient populations and maintain strong enrollment performance in increasingly competitive trial landscapes.

Tekton’s expansion in 2025 included the addition of 10 new research sites in key U.S. markets, from St. Louis, MO, and Richmond, VA to Cincinnati, OH strengthening our ability to support both regional and national studies. Each new site was selected with intention — based on investigator experience, patient access, and alignment with Tekton’s quality standards.
